AESTHETIC MICRO NEEDLING AND COLLAGEN INDUCTION TREATMENT

This revolutionary automated micro-needling device makes use of disposable micro-needles to penetrate the skin’s surface vertically creating an estimated 2500 microscopic holes in the skin. The skin is then flooded with an active ingredient booster, specific to your skin’s need which in return stimulates fibroblasts that increase collagen production. OUTDOOR SPA EXPERIENCE

Feel ON TOP OF THE WORLD with this 2.5-hour experience in our special outdoor spa area where you will be in touch with nature and fresh natural air. Step one is a vigorous full body exfoliation that will re-mineralize your skin and increase blood circulation. This is followed by a 20-minute hot spa bath, using our special herbal bath blend to relax and unwind with while sipping on 2 glasses of water to keep you hydrated. The hot bath increases heart rate, lowers blood pressure, and dilates blood vessels all an integral part of de-stressing the body. Step three is a 20-minute kaolin body mask, suited to your specific needs, and applied to the body on our outdoor treatment slab. You can choose to be wrapped up or not. Now the blood vessels constrict, causing the blood pressure and heart rate to normalize. Lastly, you will move indoors to the sensation showers to rinse the body mask off and then steam for 15 minutes finishing off with a 15-minute scalp massage that leaves you recharged and rejuvenated. Please drink at least 6 glasses of water during this treatment.

SPA ETIQUETTE

Please arrive at least 30 min prior to your treatment time, this will ensure you have enough time to complete your consultation form, change into your spa robe and have a complimentary refreshment. If you are not rushed it adds to the therapeutic experience of your treatments.

Please respect your treatment time and take note, that should you arrive late for your treatment you will only receive the remaining treatment time and the full price for the treatment will be charged.

Kindly note our 24-hour cancellation policy.

Treatment selection is confirmed and planned prior to your arrival. We kindly request that you avoid treatment changes 48 hours before your arrival so we can best accommodate your needs.

To ensure that you get the optimal result from your treatment, please provide all relevant information on your consultation form. Also inform us of any allergies and/or special dietary requirements.

Please shower before your treatment and make use of the facilities to enhance relaxation and remove any excess oils from your skin.

With all aesthetic treatments, please enjoy any heat treatments such as steam, sauna, razul prior to your skin treatment and avoid getting the skin wet in the hydrotherapy pool as well as any sun exposure for at least 24 hours.

Remember to bring proper swimwear to make use of the indoor pool as well as the Thermae facilities, day wear or underwear will not be permitted in any water facilities at Kievits Kroon.

We will provide you with a freshly laundered gown, towels, and slippers. Feel free to wear your underwear or swimwear under your spa gown when going for your treatment.

In consideration of all guests in the spa, we kindly ask that you refrain from using your phone when in the spa area. Whilst we welcome photographs and thank you for the social media compliments, please keep phones on silent to respect other guests’ treatments.

Please keep in mind that everyone visiting the spa would like to relax, so we ask that noise levels be kept to a minimum to ensure all guests have a tranquil experience.

Winelands Spa cannot be held responsible for your belongings, we suggest that you leave valuables at home or lock it in the spa locker that you are provided with.

Please take note that the recommended time spent in sauna, steam room or jacuzzi is 15 min. Thereafter please take a moment to cool down and drink some water to stay hydrated and give other guests the opportunity to enjoy the facilities too.

If at any time during your treatment you are uncomfortable with the temperature of the room or the pressure of your treatment, please feel free to communicate this with your therapist.

Your therapist will end your treatment with recommend homecare advice and would invite you to get a refreshment in the waiting area.

The estate has designated smoking areas, but the spa however is completely non-smoking.

We offer a selection of carefully planned packages aimed at wellness, indulgence, or relaxation.

As stipulated in each package we offer a 3-course menu served in our a la carte or fine dining restaurant.

Alternatively, you can book a picnic set in our gardens or select a gourmet dining experience in our fine dining restaurant.

Although most packages outline the meal offering clearly, we are very flexible to custom design an experience to exceed your expectations.
