Restaurant Week specials at Granita

Kievits Kroon’s fine dining restaurant Granita will be participating in this year’s Restaurant Week Spring Edition (17 Oct – 3 Nov). During this week, South Africa’s TOP 100 restaurants create a Restaurant Week special for lunch and dinner to give guests the opportunity to experience their culinary offerings.

Granita is offering a two-course lunch menu at R350 per head and a three-course dinner menu at R450 per head. Bookings are open and must be made at www.restaurant.co.za

2-Course Lunch Menu

Starter
Black pepper and dill crusted tuna loin, papaya and red onion salsa, rocket puree

Main Course
French trimmed rack of lamb, pickled wild mushrooms, beet fondant, butternut mousse, cannabis minted jus

3-Course Dinner Menu

Starter
Chicken and crab whip, crispy sesame courgettes, carrot foam

Main Course
Rooibos smoked kudu fillet, quinoa and apricot, coconut cauliflower with cannabis sultana gel

Dessert
Chocolate coated strawberry parfait with fruit caviar

The above menus are served with an amuse bouche, sorbet, tea, coffee and a taste of cheese delights
