CONFERENCE CENTRE
Kievits Kroon’s dedicated Conference Centre has a magnificent wood-panelled 17-seater Executive Boardroom suite, 13 conference rooms and offers a full list of secretarial services and stationery supported by our conference co-ordination team.
In keeping with the estate’s winelands theme, each conference room is named after a Cape wine estate.
Downstairs, the Boardroom suite and Rust en Vrede conference room open onto a secluded patio, while upstairs Kanonkop and Uitsig share a spacious balcony with beautiful views across the manicured lawns of the estate.
Conference hosts
Our dedicated conference host will be available for the duration of your meeting or conference, to assist with any special requests. They will also ensure that your breakaway rooms are set up and your refreshments are served at the requested times. Communication between the host, event co-ordinator and client are done though a dedicated WhatsApp group with all responsible team members included in the group to achieve swift and effective support and communications between client and the Kievits Kroon team
Refreshments
A colourful array of sweet and savoury snacks has been chosen by our team for their high-energy qualities. Morning snacks boost metabolism, whereas afternoon refreshments sustain energy levels to maximise productivity throughout the day. Snack menus change daily and include delicious options such as smoothies, granola glasses, mini hamburgers, and homemade pies. Within our variety of conference packages, you will find even more specialised offerings tailor made for a vast amount of different conferencing experiences from economic cost-effective packages to the ultimate offering to indulge in all Kievits Kroon has to offer.
Group check-in
For large conference groups, a central group check-in point can be arranged. Please discuss this with our reservations team at the time of booking.
Room drops
Room drops are a thoughtful way of surprising your conference delegates with gifts or showing appreciation to a group. These can be arranged with your Conference Coordinator.
