Showcasing our facilities is always our pleasure and we love making every guest experience a memorable one.
Kindly note:
- Only guests with a valid appointment/reservation/booking will be allowed to enter the premises.
- Should you expect visitors during your stay or visit with us, kindly inform front office, and provide relevant visitor details in advance so that the necessary arrangements can be made before their arrival.
- In-person site visits, or property inspections are strictly by appointment only.
- Notifying the hotel of your intended visit, will ensure the relevant venues are available on the day for viewing and a coordinator will be allocated to assist in answering any questions you might have, check availability, and secure your reservation for you.

SPA ETIQUETTE
Please arrive at least 30 min prior to your treatment time, this will ensure you have enough time to complete your consultation form, change into your spa robe and have a complimentary refreshment. If you are not rushed it adds to the therapeutic experience of your treatments.
Please respect your treatment time and take note, that should you arrive late for your treatment you will only receive the remaining treatment time and the full price for the treatment will be charged.
Kindly note our 24-hour cancellation policy.
Treatment selection is confirmed and planned prior to your arrival. We kindly request that you avoid treatment changes 48 hours before your arrival so we can best accommodate your needs.
To ensure that you get the optimal result from your treatment, please provide all relevant information on your consultation form. Also inform us of any allergies and/or special dietary requirements.
Please shower before your treatment and make use of the facilities to enhance relaxation and remove any excess oils from your skin.
With all aesthetic treatments, please enjoy any heat treatments such as steam, sauna, razul prior to your skin treatment and avoid getting the skin wet in the hydrotherapy pool as well as any sun exposure for at least 24 hours.
Remember to bring proper swimwear to make use of the indoor pool as well as the Thermae facilities, day wear or underwear will not be permitted in any water facilities at Kievits Kroon.
We will provide you with a freshly laundered gown, towels, and slippers. Feel free to wear your underwear or swimwear under your spa gown when going for your treatment.
In consideration of all guests in the spa, we kindly ask that you refrain from using your phone when in the spa area. Whilst we welcome photographs and thank you for the social media compliments, please keep phones on silent to respect other guests’ treatments.
Please keep in mind that everyone visiting the spa would like to relax, so we ask that noise levels be kept to a minimum to ensure all guests have a tranquil experience.
Winelands Spa cannot be held responsible for your belongings, we suggest that you leave valuables at home or lock it in the spa locker that you are provided with.
Please take note that the recommended time spent in sauna, steam room or jacuzzi is 15 min. Thereafter please take a moment to cool down and drink some water to stay hydrated and give other guests the opportunity to enjoy the facilities too.
If at any time during your treatment you are uncomfortable with the temperature of the room or the pressure of your treatment, please feel free to communicate this with your therapist.
Your therapist will end your treatment with recommend homecare advice and would invite you to get a refreshment in the waiting area.
The estate has designated smoking areas, but the spa however is completely non-smoking.
