Cancellation Policy

  • Only written cancellations will be accepted, which will be acknowledged by our reservations office.
  • 50% of the total payment is payable if the reservation is cancelled 7 to 14 days prior to arrival.
  • 100% of the total payment is payable if the reservation is cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival.
  • Should you not arrive on the date you have booked, and have not cancelled your booking, you will be debited with a no-show fee of one night’s stay.
