Chic new Executive and Luxury rooms at Kievits Kroon
Kievits Kroon recently launched its new Executive Rooms as well as completed a stricking refurbishment of the existing Luxury rooms. The Exectuive Rooms depict the estate’s classic Cape Dutch architectural style but were given a contemporary edge with the use of materials such as aluminium, stone, glass and steel. The elegant interiors, created by Lauren Beckwith of Black Moon Designs, enhance the design with their decadent mix of soft furnishings, ambient lighting and modern pieces.
The Luxury Rooms have been given a fresh new look that is in line with the Executive Rooms. Furniture has been re-upholstered and each room is fitted with new carpets, curtains and beds. Crisp new linen, duvets and pillows add sumptuousness to the tailored appeal of the rooms, while en-suite bathrooms have been redone with sleek contemporary fittings. Individual outdoor terraces have also been revamped and are lovely, quiet spots to soak up a sunny morning with coffee and newspapers.

The new conference experience at Kievits Kroon is an extension of the hotel’s wellness theme and provide delegates with a unique experience that touches on the senses of sight, sound, smell, taste and touch.
Conference rooms are airy and bright with newly upholstered chairs and light wooden tables. In addition, the two largest meeting rooms are equipped with ergonomically designed sleigh-based chairs for back support and comfort. The conference centre at Kievits Kroon is subtly enhanced by a signature combination of aromatherapy oils in strategically placed burners. The lingering scent is at once calming and uplifting, naturally encouraging positivity and creative thought.
Making the most of seasonal produce and fresh flavours, the Kievits Kroon team has created a colourful array of sweet and savoury snacks that were specifically chosen for their high-energy qualities. Morning snacks focus on boosting metabolism whereas afternoon refreshments are aimed at sustaining energy levels to maximise productivity throughout the day.
