
Granita, the signature restaurant, serves innovative dishes, creatively combining tastes to deliver an exquisite dining experience.Using the finest local and seasonal ingredients, Executive Chef Phillip Castle has created a fusion of flavours that offers diners a five-star culinary experience.
Granita’s menu epitomizes a seasonal interpretation of various classic dishes, all of which have been given a modern twist. All courses are impressive flavour combinations that appeal to most discerning palates, with dishes like Ham, cheese and tomato, done ‘the Granita way’ and Tender beef fillet served on watercress puree with shellfish ravioli and port wine sauce. A plates Trio of puddings – proudly South African allow diners to sample an array of traditional local flavours.
The restaurant is ideal for private functions, smaller and more intimate gatherings with a separate section that can be closed off in the wine cellar for private privacy functions of up to 12 people.
Granita’s elegant menu is complemented by an award winning wine list that was honoured with a Diamond Award in the 2009 Diners Club International wine List of the Year Award.
